Coffee Drop Irish Coffee

Coffee Drop Irish Coffee.

Ingredients:

• 1 tsp Coffee Drop Espresso Concentrate (5 ml)
• ½ cup (120 ml) hot water
• 1 ½ oz (45 ml) Irish whiskey
• 1 tsp brown sugar
• ¼ cup (60 ml) heavy cream, lightly whipped
• Ground nutmeg or cinnamon, for garnish

Instructions:

1. Mix Coffee Drop with hot water in a heatproof glass.
2. Stir in brown sugar until dissolved.
3. Add Irish whiskey and mix well.
4. Gently pour whipped cream over the back of a spoon to float on top.
5. Sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon
